I really love the magazine Hobby Farm Home. It has great ideas for the small farm/garden. I also get their emails with farm/garden/animal tips. The most recent email had a link on how to plant potatoes. I have never planted potatoes or known anyone that has done any, so I took a look at their video and it was really simple and easy. You know me...I love simple and easy. Maybe I'll add some spuds to my garden next year!! Check out the video:
