OUR NEWS!!!

I can finally share our news!!  We are officially building a home in Redmond!  We have been in the works for a little while now, but I didn't want to share anything yet, because you never know when something might fall through...(it's happened before). 


Here are our absolute BEFORE pictures of the lot.  It is almost 5 acres on a small cul de sac of 8 other 5 acre parcels.  There is only one house that has been built at this point and ours will be starting next!  So this is the front of the property...we are lot 3, the front goes all the way to the edge of the car that you can barely see.  The front gradually slopes up and has some trees.

The next picture I am standing where the house will be placed and looking at our street (I was previously standing on)...we will have a small mountain view once a few trees are trimmed (already agreed on).

The next picture is standing at the street where there is a fantastic mountain view!!

Here is another picture from where our house will be built looking at our road.

Here is the back of the property since it's a long rectangle.  It flattens out at the top and has less trees.  This is the area we will irrigate so it will stay a little greener for the horses.

And here is the little cul de sac we are on!

I was standing right about the edge of our property closest to the end of the cul de sac.

I will be posting pictures of progress...we are soo excited and are planning for it to be complete around September.
