I HAD to share these SUPER cute desserts that a parent made for my Leadership students' end of the year party. They are super super...did I say it enough...super cute! So I guess this idea has been around, but none of the other moms or I had ever seen it. So here's how you make them:
Ingredients:
Nilla Wafers (Bun)
Peppermint Pattie (Patty)
Shredded Coconut w/green food coloring (Lettuce)
White frosting piped (mayo)
Red frosting piped (ketchup)
cake (can't remember what kind) cut with a crinkle cutter (fries)
Just layer all the ingredients appropriately and you have a super sweet cute party treat. Might be fun for the 4th of July...I may just have to make them for my family!
